Warranty, Terms and Return Policy
GOODS – Specifications of the goods may be altered as a result of our continuous efforts to improve product quality and performance
PRICES – Prices are in CDN dollars and are before shipping and any sales tax.
PAYMENT – Payment may be made by VISA, MASTERCARD or PAYPAL – Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified, but delivery times quoted are approximate. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
WARRANTY – EazyRizer Lifts, Bike Grabs and Strong Arm are built to the highest engineering standards. We are so confident that your lift or stand will perform perfectly for year after year that the manufacturer offers a Lifetime Warranty that covers any defects in workmanship or materials. This offer applies to the original purchaser of the product. All you have to do is follow our operating instructions.
RETURN POLICY – If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason, you may return them within 30 days of the purchase date. They must be complete, in the original packaging, and not have any defects. Once the products are assembled or used, they cannot be returned. All returns must be pre-authorized, and you are responsible for the shipping cost if the return is for any reason other than a product defect. Any refunds will be for the purchase price less shipping and a $50 restocking fee per product.
